Hello, maybe someone could tell where I can buy new rear schock absorber top mounts for my '99 SW?

It is impossible to buy new. Ask at autosklep24.pl - they have the option to change the nivomat to the usual one.

Does all SW's have nivomat as standard? I think mine one has usual suspension.

All SW had nivomats as standard. Maybe someone has already done a conversion for you. Just be careful, because the springs for nivomats and ordinary shock absorbers were different (diameter at the bottom).

to get a new one like this. I converted the upper mount to a two-part one, as it is in sedans after the facelift.

Where could I learn more about the conversion?

To change you need:
1. bracket - see photo
2. pillow - photo
3. new type shock absorber (with short upper thread)
4. spring for sedan

I have one more question. Will the old type top mount from sedan fit my nivomat shocks?

If no one has done the conversion, it should fit as far as I know.
In all SW kappas the factory upper mounts were 99% of the same (old) type.

But if the old mount fits SW, why the old type schock absorber doesn't?

Old mount => old type of shock absorber

Earlier I wrote that if you change

the upper mount to a new type, you must also have a new type of shock absorber.

So it means I could use fully assembled old type sedan dampers. Thanks, got it.
